Placing Orders

Place your order in advance by calling 361-238-0066 or by email littlesugarcakes8@gmail.com. I'll do my best to accommodate last minute orders, but can't guarantee availability. Full payment is required when placing the order.

Custom Orders

Please note that a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to place a custom cake order. Final payment is due 1 weeks prior to the pick up or delivery. In the event of cancellation, the deposit is forfeited. Orders should be placed 1-2 weeks in advance or as far in advance as possible. Some designs may require additional time. No changes will be accepted 7 days prior to due date. Exact matches of decorative styles and colors are not guaranteed.

*Please note different cake decorators have different styles so slight variations in decoration style are possible. Our cakes are handmade and not mass produced so each cake is individual to you; this is what makes them so special.

Refunds

If ordering more than 2 weeks ahead of your event, a 50% Non-Refundable deposit is due at time of booking. The remaining balance is due 1 weeks before the original event date. After that, there are no refunds, cancellations, or changes to your order. Late payments are subject to cancellation without refund. This ensures that your space on our calendar is reserved. Delivery

Delivery cost is based on distance . The delivery charge is confirmed in advance with your approval. We require that you provide a two hour window and a contact person at the location. Apartment buildings and locations where parking is not available, a curbside delivery will be made. If no one is available to receive an order or an incorrect address is provided the order will be returned.
